Search Tips for Honors and Masters Papers

Students who have elected to undertake Honors at Hobart and William Smith Colleges traditionally deposit copies of their papers in the Warren Hunting Smith Library's Archives.  The papers are available for consultation in the Archives and Special Collections Reading Room. 

Do robust keyword searching for Honors Papers and Masters Theses of interest using the SingleSearch interface via the above box limited to these collections.

If you want to browse papers written by students in a particular major:

  1. Do a keyword search for the major.
  2. Sort by "Date (newest)" to see the most recent papers.

 

If you know the title... Enter the entire title if you have it, or enter only a few significant words from the paper's title.

Hobart and William Smith Colleges does not hold copyright to items in the Honors Papers and Masters Theses collections.  The Archives welcomes on site use in the Archives and Special Collections Room; we cannot make copies of these items.
