This interactive mapping interface displays data for each of the 344 climate divisions in the U.S. Climate Divisional Database. View maps of monthly or yearly values, ranks, or anomalies for temperature, precipitation, heating and cooling degree days, and drought indices.
The NOAA National Centers for Environmental Information (formerly the National Geophysical Data Center) provide scientific stewardship, products and services for sea floor and lakebed data, including geophysics (gravity, magnetics, seismic reflection, bathymetry, water column sonar), and data derived from sediment and rock samples.
HydroSHEDS offers a suite of geo-referenced data sets (vector and raster), including stream networks, watershed boundaries, drainage directions, and ancillary data layers such as flow accumulations, distances, and river topology information.
The WRIBASIN shapefile data layer is comprised of 254 derivative vector major river basins features derived based on ~250 000 cell data originally from WRI-Rutgers. Data processing is complete globally, this is an African subset.
