Jen Schlossberg has experience in both public and academic library settings. With a Bachelor's degree from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from Clarion University, Jen has dedicated her professional life to connecting people to information.
Throughout her career, Jen has honed her expertise in access services and customer service, focusing on creating seamless and user-friendly experiences for library patrons. She is known for her strong interpersonal skills and her ability to reach a diverse range of library users, providing them with the assistance and resources they need to succeed in their research and learning endeavors.
In her spare time she enjoys working on her 150+ year old home, spending time with her family and furry four-leggeds, and exploring the beautiful Finger Lakes region.
