Working With Students
The librarians are happy to visit your class once or multiple times. There are a variety of other ways we can work with students:
- Individualized consultations to support student research
- Embedding in your course via Canvas
- Finding or creating tutorials or learning objects related to the course
- Providing pre-class assignments and flipped classroom activities
- Attending student presentations to support their efforts
- Connecting students to local resources such as the Geneva Historical Society
- Discuss book history, genealogical research, or archival practices and how they relate to your class
